Egyptian Cotton Necklace & Silver Framed Ammonite Fossil Pendant
A beautiful medium sized real Ammonite fossil pendant, with silver frame for comfort, style and durability, on a HAND WOVEN Egyptian cotton brown multicoloured kumihimo braid with silver end caps and clasp.
The necklace is be 18" in length with a 2" extension chain to obtain that perfect fit. The braid is 8mm thick approximately.
24 individual strands of Egyptian cotton are hand woven using the ancient Japanese braiding method kumihimo.
The braids are soft yet strong and flexible.
The end caps are made from Tibetan silver, the hook clasp and other embellishments are Stirling silver 925.
Ammonite fossil: A beautiful specimen, cut and polished in a silver mount.
